Update & Celeb Round Up

Hello lovelies, I hope you’re all having a wonderful weekend.

Well, change of plans this weekend, I did see more long lost friends on Friday (I’ll tell you about that in a mo) but didn’t get to go to Manchester with my beautiful cousin Helen yesterday afternoon.  I started coming down with yet another cold on Friday which was ten times worse yesterday (happy to say it seems to be abating this morning) and Helen wasn’t feeling too bright either (hope you’re feeling better today lovely!), so we’ll need to re-schedule that one.

So, back to Friday night ... my mate Debi texted me a couple of weeks ago to say that the daughter, Faye, of one of our friends, Diane, had asked us round on Friday night.  Now, bit of background, I haven’t seen Diane or Faye (or their husband/dad Trevor) for oooooh must be at least 10 years.  My biggest memory of Faye (bearing in mind my memory is shocking) is when I babysat for her and she stayed at mine ... that’s got to be at least 13 years ago.

As you can imagine, I was really looking forward to Friday and boy did we laugh!  Going back to what my school friend Sharon said when we met after 25 years, “it was like going to the loo and coming back years later!”  It was like we’d only seen each other last week.  Faye’s gone from a beautiful, funny child to a beautiful, funny woman who is full of so much fun and energy that I couldn’t catch my breath!

When we hadn’t been there long Faye decided to put a dancing competition on the Xbox (at least I think it was Xbox – but what the hell would I know!)and we all proceeded to take it in turns to have a ‘dance off’ in pairs.  So bloody funny ... I haven’t laughed so much in ages.  It was brilliant.  It was fabulous to catch up after so long and to have such a laugh to boot.  We’re definitely not going to lose touch again – like I said to Faye, “you’re not going to get rid of me now” – her reply, “you’re screwed cos I’m gonna stalk you!” lmao

I can’t believe how many people have come back into my life since Christmas ... it’s amazing how you let life get in the way of things.  Having all those lovely people back in my life again is so wonderful ... I can’t believe how much I’ve missed them.  Awwwwww I’m getting a bit gooey now and that just won’t do, so I’d better move on.

As Saturday didn’t happen I haven’t got much else to tell you about regarding my mad life.  I’ve had a hugely busy week and I’ve got some fab projects I’m working on, but most of them are ‘work, work’ so not appropriate for here.  Therefore, in order to keep you guys entertained and moving back to the dating thing (by the way, I’ve cancelled my membership for on-line dating ... it takes far too much effort for too little gain) I saw a story in The Mail Online today about a woman in her 50s who had registered with an over 50’s dating site and got absolutely no response, so decided to add a picture of her in ‘a £35 red swimming costume’ and got 900 responses in 48 hours!!!! Lmao ... now I know where I was going wrong!

However, based on the responses I got when I was fully clothed, you can only imagine the types of responses this poor woman’s received?  Apparently, she’s now sifting through them – I hope she’s got a strong stomach is all I can say!  You can read the full article in The Mail Online, which also includes pictures of her in said swimming costume.  The only comments I have about those pictures are that she has a great bod, especially for her age, but she should have either had false tan on her legs or turned the heating up ... they’re the colour of corned beefy.  Good Luck to her though and fair play, at least she’s getting out there after the death of her husband and you’ve got to give her huge credit for that.

Now moving on to a quick summary of the week’s top (I use that term loosely – cos who really cares) Celeb gossip:

The latest ‘look at me’ stunt pulled by that terrible Imogen woman I mentioned in a previous post was to scrawl ‘CMON WALES’ across her boobs and tweet the picture in a further desperate attempt to get noticed further.  For God’s sake, this woman has no self respect whatsoever.

Next we have Jennifer Aniston and her current beau Justine Theroux.  She’s allegedly issued him an ultimatum to ask her to marry him before the end of the year or it’s over.  Apparently, they have a pit-bull cross which they are using as a test run for having children!  What a load of rubbish ... where the hell do papers get this drivel from ... Utter utter sh*te!

Then we have Tulisa and Mark Wright (don’t worry if you don’t know these two, I only know them cos their faces are always across the UK tabloids – they’re ‘famous for being famous’ types) who allegedly spent the night together in Miami ... Who cares?!

Then we have celebrity smokers - Miley Cyrus was caught smoking in her gym gear as she left a yoga class, classic ... bet her parents are so proud (then again, they do say it helps curb your appetite and when you’re under that much pressure to stay slim ....) and Stacey Solomon who has caused a mahoooosive uproar due to the fact that she’s been caught smoking whilst being heavily pregnant.  I was quite surprised at that one, especially as she protrays herself as so wholesome (I also believe, so I'd better say allegedly that her deal with a large supermarket has been withdrawn as a result ... she can no longer be classed as family friendly!)  Not to get too serious or political about the whole 'smoking whilst pregnant' thing, I only know two women who smoked throughout their pregnancy ... both of their babies were born underweight and with respiratory problems – is there a link??????  Go figure.

Gerard Butler’s just come out of rehab for alleged addiction to pain killers.  It seems every ‘star’ has an addiction to something these days.

Celeb Big Brother and Kill Bill star, Michael Madsen has been charged with felony child endangerment after 'fighting with son' whom he caught 'smoking marijuana' – not sure if I should add an ‘allegedly’ here ... so I think I will, just to be on the safe side ... allegedly, Michael Madsen has been charged with felony child endangerment after 'fighting with son' whom he caught 'smoking marijuana'.

Lindsey Lohan’s gone back to her natural colour, ginger and looks much better for it.  No ‘allegedly’ about it ... she really does look better!

Kris Humphrey’s, Kim Kardashian’s estranged hubby is allegedly asking for $7m to ‘leave the marriage quietly’ ie go through the divorce without selling his story ... aw that’s nice, how kind of him (that’s meant sarcastically!).

Britney Spears has allegedly rejected $10m to be a panelist on this year’s X-Factor and is said to be holding out for $30m.  Another one I care nothing about!

And finally, as if by magic, pictures of Rachel Zoe have appeared in the papers this week of her eating ... yes, actually eating and there’s no allegedly about it ... the pictures don’t lie!  This little outward display of eating comes hot on the heels of the pictures that appeared last week of her looking incredibly fragile (I mentioned it in a previous post so she must have looked bad).  Her publicist probably recommended that she did that so that she didn’t appear to be so ill (this is my view by the way folks – no one else’s!)

Well I think that’s all for today lovelies, except to mention just how fabulous Goldie Hawn is looking at the mo.  She’s been doing the rounds of all the chat shows in the UK and I have to say that she looks truly amazing.  I love her!

Right, now I’m definitely going ... off to watch ‘The Raven’ so I’ll let you know what it’s like.  I haven’t been to the cinema much in the last couple of weeks, but there are tons on at the moment that I want to see, so I’ll have to remedy that.  Enjoy the rest of your Sunday and be fabulous.

Lots of love

Another BIG Thank You!

Hello lovelies

This is just another quick mail to thank everyone for following me.  I’m pleased to announce that due to you lovely, lovely people my readership has increased 100% in the last 8 week.  It took 9 months to get to 1000 hits and 8 weeks to double it to 2000.

The 2000th reader happened to be my friend Glynn, without whom there would be no blog (I’d almost given up last year and he persuaded me to carry on).  Here’s a picture that he took for me to commemorate the moment!
Woooohoooo picture of my 2000th hit - taken by Glynn

Yay!  Whoop Whoop!

Readership continues to grow on a weekly basis – the countries with the highest number of hits are the UK with USA and Russia consistently vying for second place.

This month, I’ve also had lots of readers from Spain, France, Brazil, Germany, Japan, Malaysia and the Netherlands.  So another huge:

THANK YOU!

If you think you know of anyone else who’d enjoy my blog ... please feel free to pass it on.

I also want to remind you of my really quick questionnaire – it really does take less than 5 minutes to complete, so if you can spare a little bit of time, please click on the link below.  Your help is very much needed.

On other things, I’ve had a hugely busy week, but not really had anything exciting/newsworthy happen, which is incredibly strange for me!  However, I’m out with some girlies I haven’t seen for about 10 years tonight (my friend’s Diane’s daughter has invited us round to hers ... the last time I saw Faye, I was babysitting for her!  OMG, where does the time go!)  I’m also out with my beautiful cousin Helen tomorrow afternoon.  We’re meant to be doing some shopping in Manchester, but I can’t see much shopping happening ... not as long as they still sell Champagne in Harvey Nics!!!!!

So there’s plenty going on ... oh and I’ve had such a massive response to my recent Celeb posts that I’m going to start to include some more regular – maybe a once a week round up of the week’s biggest news ... so watch this space for more of that.  Must rush now, cos I’ve gotta do my nails ... I’m ashamed, they’re all chipped and look particularly skanky (not like me at all – I loathe chipped nails!).  So lovelies, have a fantastic weekend and remember, be fabulous!

Thanks again.

Lots of love

Help Required!

Hello lovelies, well, I’ve been warning you for a while that I’m going to need your help with something and that time has come!

I’m doing a bit of research for a little project I’m working on (can’t say too much about it yet though ... sorry) and would really be grateful if you could spare a couple of minutes to complete a really quick survey.

I’ll be doing a series of them (probably about 4 or 5 over a number of weeks) and this is the first.  The surveys are about your on-line dating experiences; if you’ve done online dating before, what you liked about it, what you didn’t like about it, if it met your expectations, how many dates you had or didn’t have etc etc .  I think the results will be quite interesting!

This first one really is quick to complete, has no difficult questions (especially if you’ve never done online dating ... it’ll take you about 30 seconds if that’s the case!) and is completely confidential – you don’t have to leave any details of who you are (unless you want to).  Once I’ve completed the full series of surveys, I will, of course share the results.

I’ll always keep the most up-to-date Survey at the top of the right hand column of my blog so that you don’t have to search to find it and I’d be really grateful if you could get your friends to complete it too.  The more people complete it, the better the results will be.  I know you’ll help me because I really do have THE most wonderful readers in the whole wide world!

Thanks in advance, you lovely people.  Until next time, be fabulous!

Lots of love

Celeb News Update

Well lovelies, as stories of my little life seem to have slowed up for the time being, I thought I’d fill the void with the best of the Celeb news I can find from the last couple of days.  Huge apologies for my International readers if you don’t know some of the ‘Celebs’ (and I use the word loosely in some cases, cos they’re decidedly Z-list), but I thought it may be a bit entertaining anyway.

So here goes:

Imogen Thomas – OMG, I am so tired of seeing this woman’s, quite obviously staged, pictures in the press.  If you don’t know who she is, she is the epitome of a Z-lister and apart from being a glamour model (you know, all boobs and bum) her recent notoriety comes from an affair she allegedly (do you like what I did there ... it’s almost like I know what I’m doing!) had with an English footballer ... I’d love to tell you who, but I don’t know and don’t care!

Anyway, this week’s staged shots are of her wearing a very short fuscia coloured dress (it’s bloody winter for goodness sake) being blow up by ’the wind’ with no attempt whatsoever by her to pull it down, leaving her thong ... yes THONG on full display (if you Google it, you can even see a picture of her ass).   Shameless, absolutely shameless.  Have some self respect love!  How you can ever be that desperate to phone photogs/paparazzi and tell them where you’re going to be so that they can grab a gratuitous shot of your boobs or ass popping out from some rediculously short/tight outfit, cos that’s quite clearly what she does, is just sad.  Sad.  This poor girl has no discernible talent, so this is obviously the only way she feels she can make money and keep herself in the spotlight.  I think I’m going to send her a huge virtual hug and a load of positivity; then again, she probably earns a shed load more than me ... so good luck to her!  (I'm purposely not putting a picture of her here cos I don't want to give her even more exposure ... if that was at all possible!)

Next, I have to mention Kim Kardashian.  I actually really love her ... well, her style anyway.  In fact I’d go as far as to say ‘I LOVE HER STYLE’!   I know she’s only famous for being famous (and for that sex tape and for ‘that’ backside ... wow, it’s HUGE!), but at least she does it with some flair (oh, and flawless makeup ... gorgeous) so I really have to take my hat off to her for being another that makes shed loads of dosh without doing very much for it.  Actually, that's not quite right.  She and her mother make a formidable team of business women and I really can't argue with that.  Good Luck to them!

Over the last couple of days, Kim has Twittered pictures of her shoe collection and I don’t think I’ve ever been more jealous of anything in my life.  Actually, that sounds awful ... I don’t begrudge her at all ... I just wish they were mine!  She said that she’s got 41 pairs of Louboutins (I die!) and at anything from £350+ per pair, that’s ... a whole lot of shoe!  She also owns 70 (yes you read that right) 70 Hermes Birkin bags!  Those bags sell from £3,500-£32,000 each ... £32,000 each!  What is it they say on TOWIE, ‘Well Jel’ (that’s ‘well jealous’ to those outside the UK).  *Sigh* we’ve all got something to aim at ... mine’s to rival her at the Loubs count!

Here’s a small selection of her shoes that she Twittered this week ... *sob*:

A small part of Kim Kardashian's shoe collection

Another small part of Kim Kardashian's shoe collection ... *sob*

Next, I’ve really got to mention Rachel Zoe ... Stylist to the Stars and for those of you who don’t know who she is, she was attributed with encouraging Hollywood Hotties like Nicole Richie to take on the ‘Heroin Chic’ look that was oh so fashionable a few years ago.  Think ‘Lollypop head’ ie huge head, tiny body and you get the picture.  She’s emerged this week looking even more emaciated than usual.  My heart bleeds for ladies who think this look is glamorous and I think it’s really sad that these people are actually role models and think it’s OK to look this thin.

And on that ‘thin’ point ... Nicole Kidman, another Hollywood legend known for her ... erm ... thin stature, has revealed on Monday night at a Paris Fashion Week Party that she has a passion for French bread.  Who the hell is she trying to kid man (she what I did there!)???  The nearest she’s ever come to bread in the last 20 years is seeing it mentioned on a menu.  I doubt she’d even want to smell it in case she inhaled its calories!  Hysterical ... these people must think we’re mad or naive!  She was apparently invited to the launch of Tod's new Signature Collection where she was heard to say, 'It's gorgeous to be in Paris. I just love bread, which I know in this day and age everyone says, "Don’t eat the bread."'  Like she eats bread ... she probably hasn’t had a carb since she was 5! Classic ... love it!

It’s kinda like when Hollywood women say they’ve had no work done ie cosmetic surgery.  I remember one of the reporters on Daybreak interviewing a renowned Hollywood plastic surgeon and saying that he thought that around 85% of Hollywood women had plastic surgery.  The Surgeon replied, “Make that 98%”!!!!!!  So ladies, don’t compare yourself to them, they may look brilliant, but they have brilliant surgeons and brilliant teams to make them look brilliant.  And you’re gorgeous as you are and don’t let anyone tell you any different.  On the other hand,’ whatever gets you through the night’ as John Lennon once said.

Well my gorgeous readers, that’s it for another day.  Hope you’re enjoying your week.  Tune in tomorrow, for more of the day’s celeb gossip.  Until then, be fabulous!

Lots of love

2012 Oscars Special – Angelina’s Leg

OK, so I said that I’d give you the run down on Angelina’s leg (I've probably missed the boat on this one ... you probably know all about it by now).  Well, like I mentioned in my first Oscars post, I watched all the dresses on the ‘E Red Carpet’ and then settled in to watch the Oscars proper.  I’ve got to be completely honest here ... I lasted an hour and in that time nothing really exciting had happened, so I thought anything interesting will be shown again, so I headed off to bed.

Next day, one of the first things I did was watch E News to see what else I’d missed ... and there it was ... Angelina’s Leg!  I’ve included the link so that you can see what I saw (http://uk.eonline.com/videos/Angelina_Jolie_s_Leg_Kicks_Off_Viral_Frenzy/179369).  OMG, when I first saw this clip, I was totally stunned.  I’d obviously seen her showing her leg in her Versace gown (from every perceivable angle - below are just a fraction on the red carpet pictures that have appeared) on the red carpet, but nothing prepared me for this.
Angies Right Leg on the Red Carpet

In case you can’t be bothered watching it, she was presenting an award, walked out on to the stage and up to the mic and positioned herself with her right leg sticking out of the slit in her gown and her left hand on her hip in a ‘teapot’ pose.  Nothing wrong with this you may think, but she then proceeded to reposition herself, sticking her leg out further, in the most cringe worthy, attention seeking way that made me feel embarrassed for her!  This is her presenting the award:
Angies Right Leg on the Oscars Stage

What was really funny was that the guys from ‘The Descendants’ (whom she was presenting the award to) where clearly as amused as me by her behaviour and made a big thing of replicating her pose (hilarious!) – Here’s a picture of the moment:
Angies Right Leg and a Cast Member from The Descentants

I’ve never seen anything like her behaviour before, it was extreme even for a Hollywood Star.  However, I guess she got what she wanted; pretty much every newspaper and news channel carried the story worldwide, so I guess it must have been worth the embarrassment for her because she (well actually her leg) has now gone viral!

The first picture that appeared following her leg's appearance (that I saw anway) was tweeted by Phil Schofield - I nearly fell over when I saw it:
The first picture that appeared with 'The Leg'

Next came the inspired action by someone who created a Twitter account for the leg @AngiesRightLeg – here are some of the tweets that have appeared:

"You've got to admit I'm one hell of a leg"

"Look at this leg"

"I'm a leg"

OMG – Love it!  Whoever thought of that is a genius.

Then Angies Right Leg became attached to pretty much everything and everyone (there are tonnes of pictures out there, so Google away if you want to see more ... it's so worth it, they're really funny!):

Our Queen with 'The Leg'
'The Leg' does Star Wars
'The Leg' does Lord of the Rings
Darth Maul (I had to look that name up) looks rather fetching!

So it seems like Angelina’s leg really has taken on a career of its own.  Imagine being upstaged by your own leg!

Well, that’s all for today folks ... busy, busy day (as usual), lots of meeting today.  Hope you have a good one.  See you soon.  Be fabulous!

Lots of love

2012 Oscar Special - The Worst Dressed List

Well, lovelies, this is going to be quite a short post because running around a bit today.  However, as I was on a bit of a roll yesterday with my Oscar review, I wanted to at least give you the rundown of my worst Oscar dresses.  NB I haven't included Kelly Osborne here, cos I did that yesterday.

So, without further ado, here goes ... In reverse order ... hmmmm on second thoughts, these are all so awful, that I can’t really pick a worst ... so, in no particular order:

Voila Davies in Vera Wang ... I don’t really know where to start with this – one person was overheard to say “She looks like Poison Ivy”!!!  This is not a good look.  Apparently, she was boasting on Twitter that she had decided to go back to her roots (literally) with her hair, remove her weave and go au natural.  My advice, "Love, go back to the weave ... GO BACK TO THE WEAVE!" What was she thinking?  And that dress, OMG what on earth is going on around the bust?  Vera Wang usually makes THE most amazing dresses ... this; however, is a real miss.  Maybe if the ‘V’ at the bust wasn’t there and that booby bit was covered over and it was in a different colour and a different fabric ... then maybe it would work, but then again, it would be a different dress!
Viola Davies in Vera Wang - Looking like 'Poison Ivy'

Next, sadly, I have to mention Sandra Bullock, not one I would usually put on a worst dressed list, but this is a must.  She was wearing a two tone Marchesa dress, which looked fabulous from the back, but really ill fitting at the front ... maybe she should have walked around backwards all night!
Sandra Bullock - Business in the front, party at the back

Anna Faris is next ... she wore a dress which was akin to an oil slick.  In fact, not to be too nasty about it, because it may have looked nicer in real life, it had an air of bin liner about it.  It was a black, heavily sequinned Diane Von Furstenberg dress.  Actually, it did look a bit better from the back (there wasn’t too much back to it) but still, it just sadly really missed the mark.  I'm not sure I'd have gone for DVF (like I'd ever have the opportunity!) for the red carpet ... it's not what they're known for, so it's always gonna be a risk.

Anna Faris in DVF - Oil slick come bin liner
Finally, we have Melissa McCarthy and I have to take back what I said earlier, this really is the worst dressed.  She’s wearing a Marina Rinaldi gown with a jewelled neckline detail which looks all the world to me like my Nan cobbled together a frock from an old 1970’s nylon bedspread (for those of you old enough to remember life before duvets – yes there was a ‘before duvets’, in fact, I think I'll now refer to anything pre-1980 as 'BD' Before Duvet – we had nylon bedspreads that were quilted on top with gathered sheer nylon around the sides that went over sheets/blanket to make the bed look prettier - well this dress looks like it was made from that kind of nylon).  It looked like if she walked too quickly, she might charge herself up and become a real, bonefide fire risk!  Now, don’t get me wrong, this is not an attack on her size (if you look at Octavia Spencer, another larger lady, well she looks amazing and actually, I think I should have had her in my best dressed list) but Melissa’s was a truly awful dress and my advice ... sack the Stylist!
Melissa McCarthy wearing a fire hazard (my Nan's nylon bedspread)

Octavia Spencer in Lanvin - Looking totally amazing

Well, I said it would be a quick one; I’m off to have fun!  I haven’t forgotten the Angelina Jolie stuff; I’ll have that for you tomorrow.  So have a wonderful day lovely people and be fabulous!

Lots of love

Jx

PS I hope you appreciate how much research went into getting all the designer names right for the two 'Oscar Special' posts!  Thank God for Google is all I can say.

2012 Oscar Special - The Best Dressed List

Well I hope you’ve all had a lovely week and a fab weekend.  I’ve had another really busy one, but it’s all good!  One of the many things I’ve been up to in the last week is that I had a catch up with my lovely friend Mehreen (I really have missed her since we aren’t working together) and she berated me a bit for not doing a post about this year’s Oscars (especially the dresses!).  I asked her whether she really thought I should and whether people would be interested, her answer, “OMG yeah!”

So here it is, a week late, my Oscars 2012 review (dedicated to Mehreen).

I love the Oscars (especially the dresses) and usually don’t get the opportunity to watch it live because it starts about 1.30 am and staying up that late isn’t usually an option.  However, this year, I decided to watch as much as I could until I couldn’t keep my eyes open.   I have to be honest though, the run up to the Oscars, the Red Carpet bit, is my favourite part of the whole thing (no surprises there then) and this year was no exception.

So at 10.30 pm, I settled down to watch all the glamour on E-Entertainment (I love that channel and make sure that I was E-News everyday – well it beats CNN!).  The presenters, Guiliana Rancic (OMG, her dress was actually the best of the evening if you want my opinion – it was a beautiful cream lace gown that just looked amazing by Tony Ward 2012 Haute Couture Collection – amazeballs, as Guiliana would say!), Kelly Osborne (God love her ... she’s lost a lot of weight and her body is amazing, but she never seems to get it right, especially on the red carpet – her dress was by Badgley Mischka– it was a 1940’s inspired black dress with green beading which was much too old for her in my opinion and was a complete ‘miss’ with her oddly dyed grey/lavender hair – which is utterly bazaar.  I’m definitely not getting that trend.  Fearne Cotton’s gone grey too.  As far as I’m concerned, there’s plenty of time to have grey hair when you’re old!).
'E's' Guiliana Ranci in Tony Ward

I always think it’s weird that Kelly is a regular panellist on one of E’s hit programmes ‘E Fashion Police’ which is a weekly programme hosted by Joan Rivers (she’s bloody funny and completely rips the celebs to shreds ... she shows no mercy), Guiliana, Kelly and some fashion stylist guy and they review the best and worst dressed celebs each week (OMG I love it so much) but most weeks, I’d have the outfit Kelly’s wearing as worst dressed.  I have no clue what qualifies you to be on that panel, cos whatever it is, it can’t possibly be fashion sense if Kelly’s anything to go by (BTW, they also do a slot called ‘Celeb or Street Walker’ – as the title says, they show a faceless picture of a celeb, or streetwalker and the panel have to guess who belongs to what category ... it’s hysterical!).
Kelly Osborne in Badgley Mischka

So, back to the dresses, my very favourite dresses of the night (I’m not counting Guiliana’s here cos that’s a given) were, in reverse order:

Joint 4th - Cameron Diaz/Jennifer Lopez - I like both dresses equally, however, the hem on JLo’s was seriously dodgy.  You’ve got to remember that these dresses are made for supermodels and the dress the celeb ends up wearing, especially if it’s couture as they only make one couture gown in each design (that’s why it’s couture and dresses tend to cost in excess of £10,000 each) will be the actual dress that was shown on the runway and therefore made for a 5’10” plus woman.  As most celebs aren’t 5’10 plus, the dresses usually have to be shortened, which some designs just don’t lend themselves to ... this was one of them.  I don’t think you can see it in this picture, but believe me, it was seriously dodgy!
Cameron and JLo both dazzling in cream

2nd - Mila Jovovich – She wore an amazingly beautiful dress, just gorgeous!  It was cream, heavily beaded dress by Elie Saab couture.  She wore it with deep red lips which contrasted beautifully with the dress ... now she is tall enough to carry off anything!
Milla Jovovich in Elie Saab

1st - Stacy Keibler (George Clooney’s current other half) – OMG, this dress was mind-blowingly beautiful ... in fact; she looked like an Oscar herself.  She absolutely glowed in a gold Marchesa gown which really was my total favourite of the evening.
Stacy Keibler (Clooney's other half) in Marchesa

So, they are my best dress, but I can’t really do the best without doing the worst dressed now can I?  But time’s running away again, so I’ll save that for tomorrow.  I also want to give you the gossip (in case you haven’t heard it already about Angelina Jolie’s right leg ... which since the Oscars, has got its own career, completely independent of Angelina!  Absolutely hilarious!)

So, until then, have a wonderful Monday and be fabulous!

Lots of love
